The office of District Social Welfare Officer, Kamrup under Women & Child Development Department, Kamrup invites application from eligible candidates who are citizens of India as defined under Articles 5 to 9 of the constitution of India and fulfil the prescribed eligibility norms of educational qualification, age, etc. as mentioned below against each category of purely temporary posts on a contractual basis with a fixed pay under Shakti Sadan (Integrated Relief and Rehabilitation Home for Women), Mission Shakti for Kamrup District interested candidates having the requisite qualification and experience may submit duly filled up Application form (Standard Application Form of Assam Gazette Pat IX) at office of the District Social Welfare Office, Kamrup Amingaon (Hajo Chowk), PIN-781031 from 3rd November, 2025 t0 24th November, 2025 during office hours.

iii)She should be preferably a resident of the local community for effective functioning of the Centre

2. Selection Procedure:
i) Resident Superintendent :
- Written Test-100 Marks (General Knowledge: 25 Marks, Subject on Women Protection Laws:75 Marks).
-Viva-Voce (Interview).
ii) Office Assistant, Multi-Purpose Worker, Cook, Security Guard Night Guard
- Viva-voce (Interview only/ Walk in, Interview only.
N.B:
1. The applicants must be a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years of age as or 01.01.2025 with a relaxation of years in upper age limit for candidates under SC, ST(H)ST (P). 3 years tor OBC/MOBC and
10 years for Person with Disability (PWD) Category.
2. The names of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed in the Notice board and also communicated through their respective Email IDs as mentioned in the application form. No separate call letter will
be issued to the candidates and no TA/DA will be provide tor attending the interview
3. Incomplete applications will summarily be rejected at any stage of selection process.
4. The applicants must have valid Employment Exchange registration card.
5. Any matter which is not specifically provided in this advertisement will be decided by the Selection Committee.
