Central for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM), Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 764 Senior Technical Assistant B and Technician A Posts . Interested and eligible candidates may apply online here.

| 1. Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) | 561 posts | Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400) | Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Technical Computer Science or Allied subjects, recognized by AICTE in the respective discipline. |
| 2. Technician-A (Tech-A) | 203 posts | Level 2 (Rs. 19900-63200) | i) Xth Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institute; and
ii) Certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the required discipline; or Certificate of minimum one-year duration from a recognized Institution in the required discipline if the Industrial Training Institutes do not award certificate in that discipline; or National Trade Certificate in the required discipline; or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the required discipline. |
Other Criteria of DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment
| Age Limit: | Candidate must be between 18-28 years of age, as on crucial date of eligibility i.e. 01.01.2026. |
| Age Relaxation: | The relaxation of upper age limit for reserved categories are as follows:
