In pursuance of Letter No. ECF: 280499/ Dated Dispur, the 4th October, 2025 received from the Secretary to the Department of Tribal Affairs (Plain), Government of Assam, Dispur, Ghy-06, Applications are hereby invited from intending eligible candidates who are citizens of India as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and have a valid Employment Exchange Card registered in Assam in respect of the under mentioned posts on Contractual engagement in the District FRA Cell, Sonitpur.

3. Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and have a valid Employment Exchange Card registered in Assam
4. Education Qualifications:
A. For Co-ordinator (FRA):
i. Masters in Social Science/ Social Work.
ii. Knowledge of basic IT/ Computer Applications
iii. Experience: Minimum 5 years domain experience in any area of Rural Development &
Tribal Welfare will be preferred.
B. For MIS/ Program (FRA)/Associate FRA:
i. B.Sc./BA in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Social Science from reputed institution.
ii. Minimum a Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/ Computer Applications.
iii. Experience: Minimum 2 years domain experience in the area of large-scale data processing and management.
5. Age Limit:
The candidates should not be more than 35 (Thirty-Five) years of age on the day of Application.
6. Last Date And Mode of Application:
Duly filled application forms in Standard form (Assam Gazette-IX) along with copies of Employment Exchange Registration Certificate and all necessary testimonials related to Identity of the Candidate, Educational Qualification from, HSLC to the highest qualificationand experience etc, should reach the Office of the Project Director, Integrated Tribal Development Project (ITDP), Tezpur-784001, Sonitpur, Assam within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this advertisement
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
| 1. The engagement will be purely temporary in nature on contractual basis.
2. Period of the programme is 2 (Two) years only. The Selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 11 (Eleven) months and after completion of 11 months, their engagement will be renewed to another 11 months subject to the satisfaction of the authority. 3. The selection procedure will be notified later on followed by issuing corrigendum/ addendum, if required, The Committee will decide the provision for selection in respect of the post (s) considering the number of applications received for the advertised post(s). 4. The candidates before applying for the post(s) should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions. Their admission at all stages of selection in which they are admitted by the Committee will be purely provisional, if on verification at any time or any stage before or after the Screening Test/ Interview, it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions; their candidature for the post(s) will be cancelled. 5. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Screening Test/ Interview. 6. The Committee reserves the right to reject any application without showing any reason. 7. Canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification. |
