Description 

The intending candidates will have to submit their application in sealed envelope addressed to the 'The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Bongaigaon’.

1. The filled up application Form must be super scribe "Application for the post of Driver/Office Peon" on the top of the envelope with their Mobile/WhatsApp Number and Eamil ID (if available) on the top of the Standard Form must be dropped in the "Drop Box" placed at the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, 1st Floor, District Judicial Court Building, Bongaigaon.

2. The applicants submitting their applications personally to “The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Bongaigaon” shall be received in the drop box only. The candidates shall remain liable for postal/courier delay and non delivery of their application in the drop box in due time. The undersigned shall reject all the applications received after due date.

3. The application in Standard Form must be accompanied with:
a) Self attested copies of all documents (photocopies) in support of education qualification, age proof certificate and Employment Registration Certificate.

b) Two copies of recent passport size coloured photographs duly signed by the candidates on the reverse side of the photographs.

c) The applicant for the post of Driver must have a valid professional Driving License to drive LMV/Four-Wheeler vehicle for not less than last 3 years issued by competent authority. The driving license of the candidate must be valid for 3 years.

d) The name of applicant must be registered in Employment Exchange of the State of Assam

1. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

2. The candidates must not be less than 18 years and above 40 years as on date of advertisement. Age relaxation is admissible as per Govt. Rules.

3. The candidates should have the knowledge of official language of the state of Assam (Assamese).

4. Applicants who are already in Government Service must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

5. The date, time and venue of the driving/skill test and viva voce for the post of Driver and Office Peon will be published on the official website of Bongaigaon District Judiciary-https://bongaigaon.dcourts.gov.in in due course. No separate call letters will be issued.

6. The driving/skill test will carry 50% & viva-voce would be 50% marks for the post of Driver and viva-voce will carry 100% marks for the post of Office Peon.

7. Applications received late or without proper supporting documents or incomplete will be summarily rejected.

8. No. T.A./D.A. will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the recruitment process.

9. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidature. The Selecting/Appointing Authority reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or any other terms and conditions of the advertisement at any stage without any prior notice.
