2nd ROUND OF COUNSELLING FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO THE VACANT SEATS OF MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY(PARAMEDICAL) - DEGREE/ DIPLOMA COURSES IN THE MEDICAL COLLEGES OF ASSAM FOR THE SESSION 2025-26 UNDER SSUHS
It is for information of all concerned candidates that 2nd round of counselling for selection of candidates for admission into the vacant seats of Medical Technology (Paramedical) -Degree/ Diploma courses in the 6(six) Medical Colleges of Assam at Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati/ Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh/ Silchar Medical College, Silchar/ Jorhat Medical College, Jorhat FAA Medical College, Barpeta/ Pragjyotishpur Medical College, Guwahati for the session 2025-26 under Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS)will be held from 13th to 22nd October, 2025 from 10.00 AM onwards at the SSUHS Premises. The Schedule of counselling is as follows:
(A) All DIVYANG candidates = 13/10/2025
(B) All candidates (Upto Rank 750) =13/10/2025
(C) All candidates (From Rank 751 to Rank 1000) =14/10/2025
(D) All candidates (From Rank 1001 to Rank 1250) =15/10/2025
(E) All candidates (From Rank 1251 to Rank 1500) = 16/10/2025
(F) All candidates (From Rank 1501 to Rank 1750) = 17/10/2025
(G) All candidates (From Rank 1751 to Rank 2000) = 22/10/2025
(H) OBCMOBC - NCL candidates (From Rank 2001 to Rank 3000)=24/10/2025
() SC candidates (From Rank 2001 to Rank 3000) = 27/10/2025
() ST(P) candidates (From Rank 2001 to Rank 4000 =29/1012025
(K) STH) candidates (From Rank 2001 to Rank 5000) =30/10/2025
(Rank wise seats will be allotted till the availability of seats in that particular category)
If any seat remains vacant in the second round of counseling, those vacant seats will be filled up through mop-up counselling on 31.10.2025 on first come first serve basis as per General Merit List)
The candidates are requested to bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of counselling.
i) Filled in Counselling Form
ii) Passport size photograph
iii) Admit Card of H.S.L.C. Examination (Age Proof)
iv) Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate of H.S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination.
v) Caste Certificate (wherever applicable)Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam.
vi) Score Card of Entrance Examination
vii. Counseling fee payment receipt.
A non-refundable counselling fee of Rs,1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only is to be paid online before appearing in the Counselling through the link available in University website (www.ssuhs.in Fee Collect - Student Category - Counselling Fee Medical Technology) and a copy of E-receipt shall have to be submitted at the time of counselling. Course fee of Rs.25, 000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) only per semester shall have to be paid by the candidates it selected.
