Gauhati University Recruitment 2026 – 5 Non Teaching Posts, Online Apply

B.E. or B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience:

Minimum 5 (five) years working experience in relevant field. Experience in construction of buildings and other civil engineering projects, supervision, quality control etc.

1 post (UR) 

i) MA in any discipline of Social Sciences & Humanities

ii) Experience in desired field is an added qualification.

iii) Minimum percentage of marks in M.A. 60% or equivalent grade.
iv) Required office management skill and good knowledge on computer applications.
v) Writing skill in English and Assamese.

Applicants for the posts 1 to 4 will be required to pay an amount of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only).

For SC/ST candidates, the application fee is Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty) only.

For the post of Junior Engineer, all applicants are required to pay Rs. 1000/- and for SC / ST candidates, the fee is Rs. 500/-.

The payment mode is online. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
