In pursuance of the Govt. communication. vide no. SLRC-G-III/61/Allotrnent of
Departments/20231/46. dated 03.11.2025 and No. SLRC-G-IV/Assam/Allotment of
Deptt/2025/01/22 dated 04.11.2025. it is for information of all concerned that
Documents Verification of candidates selected by the State Level Recruitment
Commission for Class-III and Class-IV posts. to be posted in various Directorate /
Divisional Offices in the State under Environment. Forest & Climate Change
Department. Govt. of Assam, will be held on 14.11.2025.
Time : 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Venue : Assam Forest School, Jalukbari, Guwahati-14.
The candidates must attend the Documents Verification along with the ORIGINAL
DOCUMENTS and self-attested photocopies of the following:
a. Copy of Online Application submitted by the candidate.
b. Admit Card of the Written Examination.
c. HSLC / Class-X Admit Card / Pass Certificate supporting Date of Birth.
d. Educational Qualification Certificate as per requirement for the post.
e. Caste Certificate (if applicable).
f. Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable).
g. EWS Certificate (if applicable).
h. Computer Proficiency Certificate (if applicable).
i. Employment Exchange registration certificate.
j. Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/PAN Card.
k. Disability- certificate /UDID card in case of PwBD candidates.
l. Two recent passport size photographs.
ALL CANDIDATES SHALL BRING ONE SET OF SELF ATTESTED
PHOTOCOPIES OF THE, ABOVE DOCUMENTS AS APPLICABLE TO THEM.
The list of candidates will be available in the official website of Environment.
Forest & Climate Change Department (https://forest.assam.gov.in). The candidate
who cannot attend the Document Verification on 14.11.2025 at 10:00 AM due to
genuine reasons will be allowed to attend with documentary evidence only on
15.11.2025.
N.B.:
1. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending, the document verification process.
2. Only the candidates will be allowed to enter the venue.

It is for information of all concerned that a Document Verification of candidates
provisionally selected and recommended by the State Level Recruitment
Commissions for Class-Ill and Class-IV Posts under the Directorate of Handloom &
Textiles, Assam as approved by the authority is scheduled as per the details
given below:

The provisionally selected candidates must attend along with the following original
documents and one set of self-attested photocopies for verification:
• Copy of Online Application.
• Admit Card of the Written Examination.
• Birth Certificate or Admit Card supporting Date of Birth.
• Academic Qualification Certificate submitted at the time of applying for the
post of Class III & IV.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable). (Must be in accordance with Rules/
O.M. issued by Personnel Department)
• EWS Certificate (if applicable).
• PwBD Status/Certificate (if applicable). (PwBD appointment shall be confirmed
after medical examination and clearance received from the Medical Board)
• Computer Proficiency Certificate (if applicable).
• Employment Exchange Certificate.
• Aadhaar Card/Passport/Voter ID Card/PAN Card.
• One recent passport size photograph.
The detailed list of candidates provisionally selected for this Directorate will be
available in the official website of Directorate of Handloom & Textiles, Assam (http//
dht.assam.gov.in). The candidate who cannot attend the Document Verification on
the scheduled date(s) due to genuine reasons will be allowed to attend for document
verification only on 11th November 2025.
Only the candidates will be allowed inside the venue. No TA/DA will be admissible
for attending the document verification.
