District Administrative Head Assistant - Udalguri Recruitment
In pursuance of the approval accorded by the Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, General Administration Department, Assam vide letter No.GAD-646949/3 dated 08.05.2025 applications in standard from as published in the Assam Gazette in Part IX are hereby invited from the intending candidates for filling up of two vacant posts of District Administrative Head Assistant in the Office of the District Commissioner, Udalguri and Office Of the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Bhergaon in the Pay Band-3, Rs.22,000/- to Rs.97,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 10,300/-P.M plus other allowances as admissible as per the rules in force.

Eligibility
1. Qualification:
| Applicant must have rendered not less than 2 (Two) years of Continuous service as District Administrative Supervisory Assistant in any amalgamated establishment of District Commissioner in the state of Assam. |
| 2. How to apply: | i. Candidates are required to fill applications in standard form, published in the Assam Gazette, Part-IX.
ii. Applications should be accompanied with all relevant documents/certificates |
3. Required documents/ testimonials to be mentioned: | i. Age proof certificate.
ii. Recent Passport size photographs (Two copies).
iii. Last educational qualification.
iv. Present and permanent address.
v. Annual Confidential report of last 5 years.
vi. Experience in different branches with period of incumbency in each branch.
vii. NOC from Current employer.

6. The candidates may have to appear for an Interview when called for.
7. Selection will be made by the Selection Board as per the Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service Rule, 1967.
