1. Fill out the Assam Standard Form of Application in your own handwriting.
2. Attach self-attested copies of your age proof, academic certificates, caste certificate, PRC, and Employment Exchange card.
3. Affix a ₹10 DHAC Court Fee Stamp onto the application.
4. Enclose a self-addressed envelope (25 cm x 17 cm) with a ₹5 postal stamp and your mobile number written on it.
5. Submit your completed envelope to the Office of the Additional Chief Engineer Cum Council HOD, Irrigation DHAC, Haflong, Assam before 15th October 2026.

Here is the point-wise checklist of documents and submission rules required for the Dima Hasao Recruitment 2026:

1. Passport-Size Photographs: Four (4) self-attested photos in total are required. Affix one (1) photo directly onto the application form, and enclose three (3) additional copies inside the envelope.
2. Self-Attested Testimonials: Photocopies of your Academic Certificates, Mark Sheets, Age Proof (such as HSLC Admit Card/Certificate), Caste Certificate, and Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC).
3. Computer Diploma (For Junior Assistant only): A copy of a Computer Diploma Certificate of at least six (6) months from a recognised institute.
4. Self-Addressed Envelope: One self-addressed envelope measuring 25 cm × 17 cm, affixed with a ₹5.00 postal stamp and clearly displaying your contact number.
5. DHAC Court Fee Stamp: A Dima Hasao Autonomous Council Court Fee Stamp worth ₹10.00 must be enclosed with the form.
6. Handwritten Application: The application must be legibly filled up in all columns using the candidate's own handwriting.
7. Envelope Labelling: The completed application must be submitted in a closed/sealed cover/envelope with the Name of the Post Applied For clearly written on top.
