CJM Baksa Recruitment 2025 – Apply for Chowkidar Post

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baksa has released an official advertisement (No. CJM/BMA/2025/2933 E) inviting applications from eligible candidates of Assam for the post of Chowkidar. Interested candidates can apply in the standard form before 31 October 2025.

CJM Baksa Recruitment 2025 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• Minimum – 18 years
• Maximum – 40 years (as on the date of advertisement)
• Relaxation of upper age will be applicable as per Assam Government norms.

Citizenship:

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen as defined under Articles 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
• Candidates having higher qualification than HSSLC (10+2) are not eligible.

Employment Exchange Registration:

• Candidates must have valid Employment Exchange Registration of Assam at the time of application.

How to Apply

• Applicants should submit their application in Standard Form along with self‑attested copies of all relevant documents such as age proof, educational qualification,
• Employment Exchange card, and other certificates.
• Mention an active mobile number on the application form.
• Candidates already working in Government Departments must apply through proper channel.
• The application must reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baksa on or before 31 October 2025.
• Applications received after the last date shall not be entertained.

Selection Process

• Candidates will have to appear in a viva‑voce/interview to be notified later.
• The list of provisionally selected candidates and date of interview will be published on the official Baksa District Judiciary website.
